1. Lawrence Churchill London Ltd will not accept any terms and conditions other than those specified below nor any variation unless agreed in writing between the parties.
2.  Lawrence Churchill London Ltd agents and employees are not authorised to make any representations about the goods, prices or terms unless confirmed in writing by a director of Lawrence Churchill London Ltd.

TITLE:-

1. Goods remain the property of Lawrence Churchill London Ltd until all monies due have been received. In the case of non-payment or part payment, Lawrence Churchill London Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods or proceeds of the sale.

LOSS, DAMAGE AND FAULTS:-

Claims for loss or damage will only be allowed where carriage is provided by Lawrence Churchill London Ltd for the entire journey and the procedures below are followed:-

1.  Goods must be checked on arrival and at the premises to which they are delivered by Lawrence Churchill London Ltd carrier.
2.  Loss or damage notification must be reported and confirmed in writing to Lawrence Churchill London Ltd and the carrier within 3 days of receipt.
3.  Due care must be taken of damaged goods. Goods may be returned only with agreement with Lawrence Churchill London Ltd.
4.  Returned goods must be packed in original packing and collected by a carrier instructed by Lawrence Churchill London Ltd
5.  Non-Delivery of goods must be notified in writing to Lawrence Churchill London Ltd within 10 days of invoice date.
6.  Any defect in quality or specification of the goods supplied must be reported to Lawrence Churchill London Ltd in writing:-
     a)   7 days where defects are apparent on reasonable inspection on delivery, or:
     b)   One month where defects are not so apparent upon inspection on delivery.

Please Note:-

7.  Where customers use their own carrier, Lawrence Churchill London Ltd wiii not be liable for damage howsoever caused.
8.  Where goods are transferred to the customer's own carrier Lawrence Churchill London Ltd will not be liable for damage howsoever caused.

DELIVERIES:-

1.  Unless specified in writing, part deliveries will be allowed.
2.  Dates quoted for delivery are estimates only. Lawrence Churchill London Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-deliv" of goods howsoever caused. 

1.  Lawrence Churchill London Ltd reserves the right to change prices and specification without notice. Any special prices quoted in writing by an authorised officer of Lawrence Churchill London Ltd will be valid for 30 days only.
2.  As a result of improvements or modifications, goods may vary in detail from published illustrations and specifications.
3.  Any disputes regarding invoiced prices must be raised in writing to Lawrence Churchill London Ltd within 7 days of invoice. Otherwise the invoice will stand.

PAYMENT TERMS:-

Credit accounts will be opened at the discretion of Lawrence Churchill London Ltd. Lawrence Churchill may withdraw credit facilitiesat any time without notice. The following terms will apply to any credit accounts unless agreed in writing by a director of Lawrence Churchill London Ltd:-

1    Accounts - payment must be made within thirty days from date of invoice. Where there is any dispute, the non-disputed balance must be paid within 30 days together with a written and itemised explanation why monies are withheld.
2.  Where invoices are unpaid after thirty days of date of invoice:-
       a)    Credit facilities will be suspended.
       b)    Interest will be charged at the rate of 5% per month or part thereof from date of invoice. Invoice for interest will be payable immediately and will serve as notice that Lawrence Churchill London Ltd may initiate legal proceedings to recover all monies due, including legal costs, without further notice.
       c)  Any special discounts will become void and full price will be payable.
3.   A credit limit will be allocated to each account and disclosed on request. Goods will not be supplied on a credit basis where this limit is breached.
